Q: How long have you
been in business?
A: We were incorporated in 1987, and have safely
recovered over 15,000 vehicles. Our background is in credit and
collections. We understand the collection process.
Q: Are you licensed?
A: We are licensed in the State of Maine for all
repossession activity. New Hampshire and Massachusetts do not
issue licenses for repossession activity.
Q: Are you bonded and
insured?
A: Yes! We carry repossession specific insurance
with $1,000,000/$3,000,000 limits of
liability. We have a $5,000,000 bond through the American Recovery
Association, and another $1,000,000 bond through Time Finance Adjusters.

Q: What area do you
cover?
A: We are located in central New Hampshire, and cover
the entire state, as well as Southern Maine, and northeastern
Massachusetts.
Q: What types of
vehicles do you recover? Are they secured?
A: We recover all types of passenger vehicles and light
trucks, semi-trucks, water craft, motorcycles, recreational vehicles,
and more! Our facility was newly completed in June 2004. All
vehicles are stored within a monitored and lighted security yard.

Q:
How soon will my vehicle be recovered?
A: Work on all assignments begins shortly after
receipt. We verify as much information as possible, and will
attempt to recover your vehicle within 24 hours. We specialize in no
contact, self help recovery as prescribed by law. Contact with the
debtor will only be made if necessary, and with your approval!
Q: Will you keep need
notified on the progress on my assignment?
A: We will keep you fully appraised of the recovery
process. Updates are emailed, faxed, and phoned in daily. We
can even give you live, online access to our database, so you can view
the account's status 24 hours a day.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Our office is open from 9 am to 4 pm eastern time,
Monday through Friday. Someone is always available to answer your
inquires. We are available after hours through our automated
attendant, and/or our cellular services. Of course, faxing is available
24 hours.
